Job Announcement - Administrative Support

Administration – Södermalms Volleyball Club is looking for Administrative Support

Do you want to play an important role in keeping a non-profit sports club running smoothly? Södermalms Volleyball Club is now looking for a structured and self-driven person to support the administration, starting in August 2026.

The position is a paid, part-time role of approximately 3–5 hours per week and is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to club life alongside studies or other work.

About the role
As an administrative coordinator, you will be a central point in the club’s daily operations, supporting both the board and team staff. You will help create structure and continuity in key administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

The role mainly consists of recurring weekly tasks, including:

Managing the club’s shared inbox and handling ongoing communication
Administration in Svenskalag and follow-up of team activities
Supporting coaches and team staff with administrative matters
Ensuring teams are registered for relevant activities and competitions (e.g. SVC)

You are also expected to support the board when needed in the day-to-day work of running and developing the club.

Development and responsibility

The role also includes contributing to long-term structure and improvement. You will:

Help document routines and processes
Identify areas for improvement in administrative workflows
Provide regular updates to the board

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and comfortable working independently. You are responsible and enjoy creating order in recurring tasks. Experience from administrative work or non-profit organizations is a plus, but not required.

You should be comfortable working with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs), Svenskalag, and Loopia, have good written communication skills, and be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
